    What comes in each letter?
    Each letter includes a golf postcard, a mini art print or another golf-inspired item, a 3x3 or 2x2 sticker, a personal note, and a surprise. Designs change each month.

    How much does it cost?
    The monthly subscription is $11 per month, plus shipping and applicable tax. A one-time letter is $13, plus shipping and applicable tax, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

    Are one-time letters always available?
    One-time letters are available in limited quantities that vary each month. Order the current month's edition while supplies last.

    When will my letter be mailed?
    Letters are mailed between the 21st and 23rd of each month. Orders placed after the 23rd are mailed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You can order the current month's letter through the last day of the month, while supplies last. These are mailing timeframes; delivery time is additional.

    Is tracking included?
    Letters are sent with regular postage stamps, so tracking is not included.

    Can I see this month's letter before I order?
    Each month's designs are a surprise. Product photos show past editions so you can see the kind of happy mail to expect.

    What if my letter hasn't arrived?
    Your happy mail matters to me! Delivery times vary. For U.S. orders, please get in touch if your letter hasn't arrived within 17 calendar days of mailing. For international orders, please allow 3–5 weeks after mailing and get in touch if it hasn't arrived after 5 weeks. Email shelbyjean@teeheegolfandhatco.com and I'll help arrange a replacement.

    What if my replacement also goes missing?
    If your replacement letter also goes missing, a third shipment must be sent via FedEx at a cost of $6.

    When does my subscription renew?
    Your subscription renews automatically each month on your original signup date. Your billing date is separate from the monthly mailing window.

    Can I cancel or skip a month?
    Yes. You can cancel or skip a month through your subscription account. One-time letters have no subscription and nothing to cancel.

    Please allow up to 18 business days from the time you purchase to possible delivery.

    If the item is damaged, delivered as a wrong size; or wrong color please send me an email and I will reship.

    Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours, orders may be delayed if your order requires extra verification.

    Orders shipping to the US are sent via USPS or UPS. Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package leaves the warehouse
